Design

We provide complete architectural, structural, MEP and interior design services for buildings and complexes.

The design work is performed by professionals with extensive design experience and team of technical assistants.

The work in the office is organized on orderly hierarchical principles with provisions for flexible re-organization of the team in accordance with the specific requirements of each project.

We have vast design experience with Bulgarian and international developers, including multi-national project collaborations with leading world design companies.

BIM

We ground our work on BIM - Building Information Model, which includes all building’s structural elements, architectural works, interior elements, furnishing and installations.

This allows us to:

elaborate in detail all points of the building and its whole aspect in the logic of the real sequence of the construction works
avoid conflicts between the different installations and systems and between them and the architectural intent towards the building’s appearance, its spaces and its functional organization
coordinate precisely openings in structure and partitions
confirm clear heights in specific zones of the building, such as basements, technical zones, in
order to avoid unnecessary complications during construction and exploitation

Construction Project Management

We use specialized software for construction project management - Prolog Converge by Meridian Systems, which makes it possible to:

Optimize and trace the project work and to increase the productivity;
Decrease and optimize the time and procedures for review and coordination of the documents related to the project, such as: requests for information, change orders, submittals and meeting minutes, transfer and hand-over of project documentation, e.g.drawing packages, transfer of agreements and financial documents and contracts;
Keep project costs on target with real-time cost and budget management, improve and maintain the communication and the collaboration between the international members of the design team, external consultants and clients
Exchange of project documentation and technical data between the participants in real time
